Cash Bar

minimum spend requirement

Pay as you drink, just like a normal bar!

The minimum spend deposit explained -  Simply put, if £1,799 is spent by your guests on the day, we will refund you your deposit within 3 working day of all payments clearing. If £1,799 is not spent, then we will take the remaining amount from your deposit to make up £1,799. A till receipt will be sent as proof if your full deposit is not refunded.

(This is the equivalent to about 200 pints and 100 large glasses of wine being sold in 4 hours, or £15 spend per head for a 120 person event).

 

BAr Tab

£1,799 minimum spend deposit.

If you wish for a BAR TAB to be set up, just let us know how much you’d like to put behind the bar and any drinks up to the amount won’t be charged to your guests.

The TAB can be increased by any amount.

After the TAB has been spent we’ll turn to either a usual cash bar, or you can top up your tab.

We accept both cash and card payments.

Token Package

Each token can be redeemed for ANY standard drink on the menu

Our drinks packages:

  1. £1299* = 200 Tokens     (token cost £6.50*)

  2. £1869* = 300 Tokens     (token cost £6.25*)

  3. from £2379* = 400+ Tokens    (token cost £5.95*)

We can send you our Bootlegger Bus tokens in the post if you fancy including them in your invites, or we can give them to you on the day to hand out to guests.

Once everyone has used their own tokens, we go back to being a normal cash bar.

Please note tokens are non-refundable

Open Bar

£1,799 minimum spend deposit.

Guests aren’t required to pay or use tokens, they come to the bar and order whatever they want from the agreed menu.

We keep a record of what's been ordered then payment is settled at the end, with a receipt.

An upfront deposit will be required based on the size of event and drinks requested.

Need a bespoke package? We’re happy to work with you to come to the perfect solution for your event.

Bespoke Bar

  • Included radius of 40 miles from SR8 (Every mile after is an extra £2.50+VAT per mile thanks to our glorious V8! – we do have a maximum radius so please ask.)

  • If power is not available at the venue then generator hire will be required at a cost of £79+VAT, including fuel.

  • Bespoke drinks packages

  • Glass hire, Champagne or Prosecco flutes - Please get in touch

  • Additional serving time - every hour after is an extra £70+VAT which can be prepaid or £120+VAT if extended on the day. This is to be approved if request on the day.

  • Bespoke cocktails by our in-house mixologist
